Use an adjustable keyboard arm and platform. The product must adjust to the user - not the user to the product. Wrists should be a natural extension of the forarm, NOT angled up or down. Keep arms and elbows close to the body.

Use an adjustable chair that allows feet to rest flat on the floor or on a footrest.

Take frequesnt short breaks and change your posture.
