The industrial application presents even more challenges with different size products to be worked on. Productivity is affected with reaching, bending, lack of leverage and poor lighting from a fixed height work bench.

Our heavy-duty height-adjustable table bases allow the worker to set the task at the optimum height to control the work environment. No more bending or reaching. The user will be able to work at the most efficient height, making this the most productive work bench available.

These bases retrofit to existing work benches. With the no crossbar design, each leg is independent and lifts up to 250 pounds. Up to 4 legs can be used to lift 1000 pounds. The legs have 25” of height range starting at 23.5” from the floor. Or, 20″ of height range starting at 26″ from the floor.

To convert an existing workbench to a height-adjustable station, order from the guidelines below.

Specify the legs and base from the chart below.

  • 22” are needed for work surfaces up to 24” deep
  • 26” are needed for work surfaces from 30” deep
  • Surfaces wider than 30”, please call Grand Stands for pricing

To build a new adjustable-height work bench, please provide the work surface dimensions to Grand Stands Inc.

Factory assistance is available when specifying custom applications.
